ramps!

Just got back from 45 minutes digging in the dirt till my hands got too numb to do more. RAMPS! The season is here; it may still be a bit overcast and windy and two sweater weather, put me out there gathering the first wild food of the year and I'm happier than a pig in, well, you get the picture... Now it's on to scheming how to be feature them in a non-restaurant setting. Wish all decisions were of this nature.
