Isn't there more than one cheesemonger in America? I mean please...I prefer these people-

Yup, I know them. They are cheese mongers, not makers, there is a difference. And, Pleasant Ridge Reserve is one of the BEST cheeses ever. I do agree though, there are other cheese shops; thier pockets tend not to be quite as deep though...
