Another idea...

So what about a bookstore? That sells cheffy stuff...you know, a local Sur la Table type of place with lots of books in great depth and breadth. Cookware, chef clothes, special orders, demos, induction cooking, equipment etc....but mostly a cook book store. Not where you can get Rachel Rays new tome, but the one where you can actually browse the Alinea book, pick up the latest copy of Sous Vide, El Bulli, Escoffier. And a microplane, and a new chef knife...and get some oysters at the snack bar.
