servers whining, managers not working, IT guys screwing things up, orders not placed, food not here, out of date, place, time. Its good to be back...busy night, and the cooks were glad to see me...14 hour day. Good times.


It was nice to be cooking, but not nice to find my kitchen in the condition it was in. But what are you going to do?


Ordered some nice organic la quercia prosciutto to come in as well as a ton of cheese. Also have kurobuta pork butts awaiting the next project...coppa.


And the beat goes on...
