OK, chef- I know how much you hate the catering thing- I happen to enjoy it. And, I was just looking around to see if that is a place to pursue employment. Looks like opening my own on some scale could be the way to go. Now it's back to the foie gras heist we discussed a while ago to provide the funding...

Yes...we all know how much I hate banquets and catering...even though I taught it and have done it for the last few years...including garde manger..,but it is a good way to make money if your good at it...and if you like it even better.

You should check out thepost over on eggbeater if you havent already about the catering gig she just did.
