bug nite

its bug nite. an ubiquitous presence in every single restaurant in america. at least the ones where they care to not have bugs. so, its wrap all the food, cover all the plates, pots and pans, the line, etc...and then tomorrow we get to put it all back again. Good times.

been busy in the restaurant. lots of late tables and dramas...
